Great helpful staff wether in the store or on the phone! 💯👍😎🙌 The prices are usually less than Auto zone & advanced Auto. I can actually walk here since It's located in a Residential area & only several blocks from my apartment.

Horrible Guy at the counter refused to replace my battery with warranty. He acknowledged that it was bad and proceeded to tell me that he had to charge it for 24 hours to be 100 percent sure

i needed a tune up after going to many different places for one i found Norwood auto parts and i couldn’t have picked a better place. the price was amazing and the employee jose was very helpful and answered all my questions. thank you so much jose! i highly recommend this place.

I went to buy breaks for my car, I had no idea what breaks to get. Thanks to Jose who took the time to help me out and looked at my car as well. He was very helpful.

They have the best prices in town in my opinion and they give you a 6 month guarranty on the parts. Will def come back when i need to buy parts
