I took my truck to this place and asked them to do a diagnostic because my vehicle was reading that it was overheating. They told me that the coolant temp sensor was bad and charged me $776.00 to replace it but he next day it started doing the same thing I took truck back and they told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it and wanted me to pay another guy the recommended to come to their shop and check the electrical wiring. I was hesitant so I took it to ford dealership and they fixed it. So even though they could not figure out the issue they charged me and refuse to make it right so many mechanics do business this way they are nothing but scam artist who prey on people who are already having problems. I would not advise taking your vehicle here.

Took my 67 Cougar to Novacek Automotive for a front end alignment. Most shops these days don't want anything to do with old cars. I had installed all new front end parts including coil over front shocks. Car sat low and rubbed over every bump and almost every turn. Joe and his team did an outstanding job getting things lined up, driving straight and no rubbing. 🙂 Shout to Farrell and Rusty for working theit butts off! Purchased a used vehicle almost a year ago from a well known car company off west Kellogg. This last month started having what I thought was transmission issues, last Friday took back to said company for diagnostics. This week was told needed a whole new engine, not covered to the tune of $9000.00 I freaked!!!!!! Took it to Novacek Automotive, and the true diagnosis was just needed spark plugs and ignition coils... I'm truly thankful for an honest person, thank you Joe, and your crew for fixing us.
