Novak's Service Center

Less than one year later, I repaired the suspension on S10 that they previously did brake work on. Their work was very sketchy. They cut the old brake lines, and ABS wires, and left them hanging on the truck. The replacement lines were zip tied in place. The front right control arm broke off while she was driving. Thankfully, she was driving at a slow speed. That being said, if the control arms were as rusted as shown in my picture, the brake work should never have been done without addressing the suspension first.

I recently had my snow tires put on at Novak’s Service Center in Manitowoc, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. The service was fast and efficient – I was in and out. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of auto service. I'll definitely be back!

Great people, super friendly, got new struts and tires sadly the back struts were left with 2 degree camber so after 2 months the tires are worn and they refuse to do anything about it. Not mad just a real shame Edit: they have replaced the worn tires and sent the car to Bauer tire for another alignment. (Bauer also did the first one not novaks shop directly) anyhow alignment is still a mess but working on getting that fixed.

Novak's helped us 2 weeks in a row on short notice with my wife's aging daily driver. Thanks for taking care of us like family! Highly recommend!

Contracted them for a repair and pre-authorized my budget, they determined the repair I thought I needed was something else that was far less expensive. Saved me $500 with their honesty.
