Joe Downing was an awesome salesman! Went the extra mile, stayed after closing to go through the features of the Jeep. Very attentive to details of the products and needs of buyer. We ended up with a new Jeep, the purchase experience was really good. VanHorn was great, all the staff we dealt with were knowledgable and polite. We purchased our Lincoln from this dealership and have always had it regularly serviced here. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. After spending about $1,500 on repairs, the vehicle was returned to us with the steering wheel sitting at roughly a 30° angle while driving straight. I’m honestly shocked that a vehicle could be returned to a customer and marked as safe to drive in that condition. The car drove perfectly straight before the service, and now it clearly needs additional work. After paying that much money, I expected the vehicle to be returned in better condition—not worse. I hope this review encourages the dealership to double-check their work before returning vehicles to customers.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve had, to date. Made the 3 hour trip to the Manitowoc location to see a vehicle, and it was well worth it. Peyton made the whole process very smooth and he was genuinely friendly. No fake stuff. No weird sales tactics. No hidden fees. He went out of his way to make sure all the details were covered and that my concerns were addressed and resolved. Sani in the finance office was also a very honest, genuine guy. He pointed out details in our paperwork and made sure we understood what we were signing.
