JD, Ben and the crew at this Novus absolutely killed it on my pride and joy, my 2024 GR Corolla. From the beginning, when my insurance pressured me to use Safelite, I stood strong wanting my cracked windshield replaced by a local business. I’m so glad I did! Ben and JD and the front desk remained professional during the whole process. I am so thankful people like this still exist in the automotive industry. These guys care. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service and quality work. We have a 2025 VW Atlas that needed a new windshield after getting hit with a large rock on I25. We only had the car for 1 month so it was important to be able to trust the place we were going to have the windshield replaced at. We drove down from Cheyenne to go to this Novus location because the reviews were so good and seemed genuine- we're so glad we did. This is a very well run business that values its customers. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be using them again in the future if the need arises.

They were extremely professional! A delightful experience through and through. The quote was quick and easy. Turnaround time was super fast. The customer service was very pleasant! I have gone to a few other places in Fort Collins to change my windshield before and this place is by far the most pleasant! They even threw in new wiper blades free of charge because, "they didn't want me scratching my pretty new windshield!" If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend!
