NOVUS Glass of Saint Albans

Quick replacement. Showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up any mess that was caused by the broken glass. Finished in under 2 hours. Very satisfied and the price was great!

We have had two different windshields repaired recently and could not have asked for better service. It was quick it was done correctly and it was very affordable. It saved us about $ Hundred dollars per windshield as opposed to a couple other places we had checked. Definitely will return if we need glass services

Great experience at NOVUS Glass in St. Albans. This was the third place I tried calling--here I actually spoke to a real, live human! That was the first point in its favor. Secondly, Arianna was very professional and competent, and booked the repair quickly and conveniently. Thirdly, the appointment took less time than expected and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend NOVUS Glass to others. One note: the waiting area is basically a stool in front of the counter, so you might want to go for a walk or visit a local coffee shop if you have an appointment that will take more than 15 minutes or so.

(I wrote a previous review for Arianna who had helped with the claim and making the appointment.) The experience in South Burlington was 100%. Caring and friendly customer service, (Terry), expertise and friendliness by the installer (Carl), along with a pristine and comfortable waiting area. The location was convenient and not far from the exit off 89. And gosh, having had a 13 yr old windshield, it's a treat to now see out through a new, clear windshield. I was also told that if a chip should happen, just come on by- there is a chance of an "on the spot" repair! Thanks to all!
