NOVUS Glass of Sheridan

Very nice facility. Easy in & out parking. They offered a very nice SUV loaner vehicle to drive around town to complete errands planned for the day. If you choose to wait, they have comfortable seating inside and outside. If you choose outside, it is a covered area that is very nice with Ultra - Comfortable chairs. I was offered bottled water & coffee. The owners treat you like family. They accept insurance, cash, debit & credit. I had my passenger side window busted out by a large, heavy rock thrown at my car by "Bigfoot !" Valuables in plain sight were not taken, i.e., Samsung Tablet, wallet, binoculars. Two very large dusty handprints were left on the just washed and waxed hatchback. I had been parked in a remote section of ACME recreational area.

Busted out my back window while traveling cross-country. Called them to order the window and install. Delivery took a day and despite their full schedule, they found time to fit us in. They were extremely accommodating and gracious. Work was professional and as promised. Many thanks for your generosity and helping us on our trip!

Had a windshield replaced. A few days later I noticed cuts in my side panels and a torn headliner.

We were in the Sheridan area from the Western Slope of Colorado over the weekend staying in an Air BnB when a lightning strike hit a tree on the property that threw debris in every direction - Murphy's law of course dictates that the windshield of my truck would be the necessary target!
