NOVUS Glass of Spokane

Walked in around 11 am and did not have appointment. Spoke to Matt the owner and even though he was busy he came out and looked at my windshield. Told me he could get it fixed at that time and after finishing paperwork with previous customer he drove my car into garage and left with employee/technician. Matt then left to give customer ride home. Took about 45 minutes to complete my rock chip and now can hardly see. I want to thank his employee/technician for doing a great job and unfortunately did not get his name. Matt you have super employee and your business is 5 out of 5.

Went a month or two ago to help my grandad get his windshield repaired. My grandad only speaks Spanish so I had to translate for him but the staff were very patient and kind. They not only did a great job on the windshield but also showed genuine care for customers and were friendly.

They where able to get me in right before closing, extremely polite and efficient service, and a great repair job on the rock chip. I highly recommend

When your road trip takes you through the mountain passes of northwestern Montana in the winter, you're going to get a rock chip. Hey that thing repaired at Novus Glass when you get to Spokane. Matt runs a great shop. We were in and out in less than a half hour. He even called our insurance company and got them queued up for us to make a claim.

My car was broken into while I was working. There was glass EVERYWHERE. I drove straight to Novus. He kept my car, and gave me a loaner. My car was done the next day and the inside was immaculate. They, again, did above average work. They are fantastic
