TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm posting a second review under my partner's profile to express how incredible N&R's service is. I brought my car in for a massive repair; not only was it done within a couple of days, Kevin took the time to explain to me exactly what parts are needed, why, how the labor would work, and the pricing. I never had any question of what he was doing to my car. As it turned out, my car quickly became something close to catastrophic, unbeknownst to Kevin when he took the car in. Kevin called me and explained this to me very thoroughly, was apologetic, and very kind to me. Kevin also knocked off about a fourth of the price for the fact that my car, while drive-able, is in the last stages of his life. I have been taking both of our vehicles to Kevin for many years. These guys are very skilled at troubleshooting problems, they fix the problem correctly, and most importantly... they don't gouge people by overcharging. Kevin is very fair with his rates which is why he has earned my trust.
