The Collision Center Coastal

The day you need to visit a collision center is not a good day. I arrived at The Collision Center in tears. I was greeted with hugs, compassion and reassurance that my car could be restored to its original beauty. Dan, Lisa, Ahmed and the whole team at The Collision Center were outstanding! They handled everything - they coordinated with my insurance company, they arranged a car rental, they updated me daily and the final product was just as they promised - total restoration of my vehicle! It was the most professional and seamless process. I can't say enough about them. Thank you! I highly recommend them!

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received at the Collision Center. Amazing experience! I was impressed by the quality of the work and attention to detail! Communication and updates were professional and timely. Lisa in particular was an excellent communicator! This is a very well organization. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was apprehensive going here but had BMW endorsement so despite not being on the Mapre list I went with it. Dan and a few others there really made it a great experience. Dan helped with insurance company logistics and issues.... thanks so much! Most importantly, my car looks like new!
