Don’t buy from this seller. He is a liar. I bought a front bumper from him and the grille had a problem. He admitted there was an issue and made me wait two months saying he would send a new one, and then he stopped responding.

I bought a Carbon hood for my 2021 Tesla S from this company via Ebay for $1,395. Their advertising stated exact fix, money back guaranteed. It also stated free returns. After returning it 3 days later I was only refund $769. They must make a killing selling parts that don't fit and only returning 1/2 refunds. I wish that I seen their web page reviews prior to purchasing from them. Stay away from this company!

Do not deal with these clowns. Absolutely the worst experience all around I’ve ever had buying parts. Don’t know how they are still in business

I ordered a custom hood in January of this year. It showed up in great shape but had the wrong Striker plate installed. I was told to accept the shipment and then they would send another one out and just do a swap. I have been contacting them VIA phone and email for months and have gotten no responses at all. I have done everything short of just driving there and dropping of the hood to get my money back. The customer service is flat out horrible. I am going to have to use a different striker that will hopefully work or have a shop put in the right plate. Any work done to the hood to repair their mistake will be included in small claims court if my issue is not resolved soon. Also their website is always down so no help there either.

I ordered a bumper from eBay. I was told it would fit for my vehicle and it does not. I wasn’t was not able to return it because I complained about it too late. The body shop was busy for two months before I was able to check it out eBay sucks
