I’ve been coming here for my oil changes for about a year and a half now, and I always have a great experience. Even though I drive a pretty good distance, it’s worth it every time. The customer service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and professional. They always take the time to let me know what’s going on with my car and explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. I never feel rushed or pressured, just informed so I can make the best decisions when it comes to my vehicle. Overall, this is a place I genuinely trust and feel comfortable coming to, and I’m always happy with the service.

Just want to give a shout out the owner of the NTB shop in alabaster and his crew did an outstanding job helping me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle that would not crank up. They stayed for 40 minutes until they fixed the problem I can not thank them enough for what they did but out of the kindness of their hearts they help me and my mum get back on the road. I would definitely recommend Anyone that is having Problems with their vehicles give these guys a call. They were a godsend today. P.S. didn’t mind watching him work either very handsome man. I let the tires come loose from the rims on my trailer dolly. After fooling with them sometime, I decided to take them to somebody who knows what they were doing. Patrick and Vince at NTB in Alabaster Alabama took care of the problem within minutes. They were very helpful and very polite, and I will continue to take my business to NTB in Alabaster Alabama.

I was in Alabaster for a conference and when I left, I noticed my tire was low, but nothing bad. Today, it got extremely low and I was losing air just as fast as I could put air in it. I took it to the closest place. The store manager, Patrick, was SO kind. He found a screw in the tire and patched it up and sent me on my way in no time. I have never been so grateful to have met him. Please, PLEASE give them your business. They are so kind and precious. 🙏🏼

Had a flat with a a wheel lock and no key. Patrick took care of me with my flat and replaced my bolts so I don't have same issue again. Perfect and professional service, i was in and out very fast, price for repair was on point. I will be coming back for all my tire needs.
