Dominique greeted me as his first customer on Sunday morning. He took great care of me, kept me informed of my car’s progress, and checked me out at the desk. He was very informative, sold the services very well, and made me feel very comfortable in my purchase.

Every time I come here I have a great experience. They never pressure you to upgrade to more expensive/ their brand tires, they’re always warm and welcoming and very helpful! Brittany was wonderful, she confirmed with me before my appointment, Kevin and Andre got my new tires and alignment done in a fraction of the time other shops take. 10/10 highly recommended this location.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. Nell was  knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. The service was fast, pricing was fair, It’s hard to find reliable car service, but this place definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

I was quickly able to make an appointment to get a hole plugged in my tire. They immediately called me and tried to say they couldn’t take my car. I told them I’d drop it off and they said they would call in two or three hours after four hours, I called and a rude woman who apparently was the manager answered when I inquired about the car. She immediately said it wasn’t ready. I realize she never even asked my name and when I said that to her, she asked what car when I told her my car she then replied it was ready. I really don’t know why they didn’t call me. Seems like pretty bad service when I was in there paying there was another customer asking questions and the people there were pretty rude to him. Not sure that I’d be back.

If I could give it a zero I would.i will never come here again. I made an appt to get my tires replaced. They only 2 worker obviously I had no clue nor did they explain that to me nor that the wait would be 3hrs. The front desk was incredibly rude. About 1 hr and 45 min in I went to check on my car. The front desk was sooo put out. Two women came in after I had been there an hour and a half. They were done the same exact time as me. So their tires took 1hr and mine almost 3hrs. I could’ve dropped my car off and come back. 10 outta 10 DO NOT recommend. Go to Mr. Tire right down the street. Lesson learned.
