I had an excellent experience at NTB Tires & Batteries, and I can confidently say this is one of the best automotive service centers I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping—not upselling. They took the time to explain my tire and battery options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I never felt rushed or pressured. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer safety.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after so many years of consistently great service, I felt like it was finally time to give credit where it’s due. This National Tire and Battery location has been my go-to shop for as long as I can remember, and at this point, they’ve probably worked on just about every vehicle my family has owned. It started years ago with my daily driver, and since then they’ve handled everything from my wife’s SUV to my kid’s first car, and even my pride and joy Mustang that I’m pretty particular about. I stopped in at 4:45pm on a Saturday in December with a nearly flat tire. They graciously agreed to take a look and got it patched up in 15 minutes. I really appreciated them helping me out at the end of their day. Great place!

The timing for my wheel alignment was efficient. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the rep Khari. The overall service based on both of my recent experiences have been above expectation. I will return in the future.

Awesome service and most importantly honesty. I have been going here for years for oil changes and repairs. Gerald and Scott are professional and take the time to answer all of my questions and give me options. No gimmicks or stuff I don’t need. The staff is helpful and friendly. I stop by when my low tire pressure light is on and all of the staff are friendly and happy to help. Chris says Safety First!!! I agree and thank you 👏. Waiting area is so much better than other places. Tires this time…at a better price than other places. Today was a flat and I was due for new tires and they fit me in their schedule. I recommend this place to everyone.
