Phantom Fixer is an small independent business and the owner is a certified master tech. Definitely knows his stuff. Visited for a pre purchase inspection. I looked it over and as an moderately experienced car and car repair enthusiast kind of thought I knew enough not to need an inspection. He caught a handful of things I didn't, like a leaking seal, "pad slapped" brakes, etc. He spent a while under the car and looked everything over. I found him super interesting to talk to and passionate about cars. IMO the best kind of technician/mechanic to take your car to. Great operation and terrific guy, highly recommended.

My escape started having problems and I've been unable to drive it most of this summer. We took it somewhere, had the battery replaced and alternator tested more than once. They said it was fine. It turns out it was the alternator, I found Matt doing a lot of research. Since my car was completely dead at this point and we were close, he took the time to come to us. He did a diagnostic and confirmed that my alternator was worn out. We got the part paid for and he ordered it. Once it came, he put it in and it feels like a brand new used car! Matt was wonderful and easy to talk to. He has a gift and his pricing is fair. I'm grateful that we found an honest mechanic that we can take our cars to. I would highly recommend him.

I could say a lot here or very little, the point is this is the place to be. I recently had two cars serviced by Phantom Fixer and I couldn't be more than happy. Have to leave a positive review for Matt. Im a classic "girl" 😎 and have zero knowledge about cars or any men in my life to help guide me about them so when i needed my car worked on i was nervous to let anyone do it. Well i found the perfect guy. Matt not only made me feel immediately trusting of him he also made me feel at ease knowing he was working on my car. I called him and the next day he came out to look at it, found the problem and ordered the parts...with in a week and a half my car was fixed(wouldve been quicker but i had a family emergency i had to deal with). I cannot recomend this guy more. Not to mention he saved me 1000 from what i was originally quoted from a body shop. Just a hard working guy trying to get his business off the ground.
