DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my work vehicle into the shop over 24 hours ago for a simple car tire change. The person working in the front said it would be an hour’s worth of work…. They didn’t even put in the approval notice to the fleet company vehicle for 2 hours after I got there. When I called the NEXT DAY they still had not started the work on my car due to a pending approval. When I called the fleet company they said they approved everything and everything should be ready to go. When I tried to call for a follow up they put me on hold for OVER HALF AN HOUR after telling me the night before that car would be ready by 10 am and later denying it. The customer service was horrible. Kyle fought with me on the phone over what he said instead of being helpful about the company car

I had a great experience at NTB Tire Shop. The staff was professional, friendly, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly before doing any work and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. My car is driving smooth again and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs!

I had an excellent experience at NTB in Bowie, MD. The customer service from Ms. D, Kyle, and Matt was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were efficient, honest, and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
