I came in to repair or replace a damaged tire and the gentleman working today were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me make sure that I got the best tire for my purposes at the best price I could and got me in and out extremely quickly. I highly recommend this location

Carl and Da’Trell have been taking care of my mom at this location for a while now and she recommended I come here to get a few things I needed done to my vehicle before I made the long cross country trip back home. They were both polite, professional and transparent the whole process. Highly recommended!

Carl was absolutely amazing in his service. He went out of his way to help me find the best tires, brakes, and took time explaining my batter life and how to prolong it. If you are looking for friendly staff I highly recommend NTB on Mallory Lane.

Da’Trell Harris was great to work with as well Keisha! They were able to correct issues I brought the car in for previously that were not addressed and he also took the time to explain a recommended schedule and prioritize items that will need to be replaced in the near future. Much better service now! Earlier this year, that was not the case at this location.
