When I needed new tires for my fleet vehicle I went to this location. Fleets can be hard to deal with, that being said this shop was highly professional and were able to get the new tires approved and installed in roughly a days time. Several months later at a jobsite I picked up a nail in my tire. Today I got it fixed and the process was quick and easy again. Highly recommended checking them out if you want good service.

I was visiting Virginia Tech with my daughter and got a flat tire on a Saturday night. This was the only place open Sunday morning and the communication was great, they got me in five minutes before opening time because they knew I was pressed to get home. Michael was courteous and fast and very professional!

I noticed the brakes on my Jeep were getting VERY mushy, so I searched for what was near me (Christiansburg). This place came up with a brake promo code so I scheduled it online without much thought and drove over a bit later. I was not ready for the amazing service. Michael and Adrianne killed it. Michael had already called me apologizing for their system allowing double-booking online, asking what other times work best for me (sorry for missing the call). They were able to get me in regardless, but what impressed me was how quick they offered to have a look at the vehicle to get a sense of my (poorly described) issue. I called NTB late Saturday morning (1/17/26) after hearing a grinding noise coming from the Left rear brakes. I talked to Michael and told him that I could bring my vehicle in between 2:30 and 3:30, and he put me down in the book. When I arrived I spoke with Jerry at the counter, he said they were expecting me. Though there were a few customers in the waiting room already, they promptly got my car into a bay. Jerry said they'd let me know when they find the problem. After a short wait time Jerry pointed out the problem areas and made some recommendations, he was very thorough and helpful in me making an informed decision. We came up with a plan to replace the pads and clean/lube the caliper, to get me on my way. I was pleased that the price was within the quote given to me over the phone (

Jerry is the new manager since summer of 2025. He has revolutionized the customer service approach and outcomes, and his new team has vastly improved the value of services provided. The NTB team goes the extra mile. I have had several sets of tires installed by them, as well as alignments and brake service performed - all has gone very well.
