NTB-National Tire & Battery

Do not go the NTB! My experience with them has been turmoil. I took my truck for a simple balance and alignment. When they were done they handed me a form that showed how it was previous to what it was now and the variation was minor but I paid the $100 plus dollars no problem. I drove away and noticed my steering wheel was not straight, instead to go straight I had to turn it slightly right. I called NTB and they told me to take it back. I took it back and they straightened the steering wheel but when I drove off, my wheels started rubbing against the walls of my wheel base when I would turn. I took it back and the guy said “oh wells it’s because you got an alignment” I said I had this truck since 2022 and had those same type of tires and they have NEVER rubbed. Antis Graham the store manager is awesome! He's not only knowledgeable, he's caring. His determination to make sure everything was done correctly impressed me greatly. I'll always bring both my vehicles here and highly recommend others to do the same!!

Amanda gave me great service and helped me out so much. She made sure I understood exactly what was happening to my car and how long it would take. I got an oil change, they made it so quick I was shocked when they told me they were done.

Called the store and spoke with Jaime . Said he could get me in for an oil change . I drove to the store talked to Jaime and he checked me in right away and then pulled the vehicle in for the oil change. Good customer service Come talk to him for your vehicle needs

I had a flat tire and stopped by NTB Conroe, 77385. The team was professional, attentive, and handled the repair quickly. Antis, the store manager, made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. Great experience overall — highly recommend this location!
