Scheduled on line for a tire that was slowly losing air. They got me in on time and returned the car in an hour. They were able to determine the issue and repair it without replacing the tire which was my ultimate goal (if possible). Extremely happy customer here!

All tire shops along the strip aren’t the same!!! Bob and his team at NTB are just so much better than what you’d expect at a corporate chain. The teamwork and service remind me of what it was like back when I could rely on a neighborhood mechanic. Five stars and three cheers!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received at this NTB location in Cranberry Twp. We had traveled to Butler County from Harrisburg in December to visit family. After the long drive on the turnpike in below 20 degree weather, all 4 tires lost air pressure so they had to have air. In the process of filling the tires, one of the main air valves was damaged and that tire was completely flat the next morning. I had purchased the tires at Walmart so the tires were still under warranty, but all the Walmarts with Auto Centers were completely full with appointments and were not accepting walk-in business. My brother suggested NTB, so I made my peace with probably having to buy a brand new tire to get the problem fixed. At 3p, I checked their website and they still had 2 appointments o

Bob is the manager at the Cranberry Twp location:He provides education and demonstrates how a repair will be completed. He annd the team provide top notch customer care. The technician Gary paid attention to every detail when replacing the 4 Subaru Forester TPMS sensors. He also discovered a cross threaded lug nut and replaced it without charging for his time and labor (taking the wheel apart to reach from the inside-out) for only the extra cost $5 of the new lug nut. Honest & Sincere service! Thanks so much for giving me confidence in an auto shop to come back to and refer my friends/family to!!

Came to this NTB because I was very unhappy about the service I received at my local NTB a few weeks before. This crew at Cranberry are very professional, very informative and always made sure I knew what was going on and they treated all customers like that while I was there. I couldn't be more pleased with them. They had to fix a tpms sensor for me and we didn't know that's what it was when I came in. They figured it out and treated me well. This establishment will be my new go-to when it comes to tires. Thank you to the older gentleman working the front desk and young woman (trainee) who helped me. I recommend NTB Cranberry...
