I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership and have had nothing but ongoing issues that directly impact my safety. The vehicle has been in the service department twice, and both times I was told that “no issues are found,” despite clear photo and video evidence. The infotainment screen frequently pixelates, freezes, and restarts while driving. It has restarted while I was backing up, leaving me without a rearview camera. It also restarts during phone calls and GPS use, and this happens regardless of whether Android Auto or Apple CarPlay is connected—I have tested multiple phones with the same result. I try not to leave a review based on one bad experience to an establishment. This, however, had several bad experiences. Had my 2014 ram 1500 inspected last spring. They noted that breaks were needed. I elected to do the work myself, after dealership quoted high as expected. Found that breaks still had a lot of life left in them, but decided to let it slide and replace them anyway just to finish inspection. Fast forward to late summer and scheduled a complete service with Axel oils. Cost me roughly $600. Less than a month later, I experienced noise in the front end, figured a wheel bearing. I drove it to a local shop for a quick inspection, they advised that this truck was not roadworthy due to the multiple rust holes in the main frame.
