I brought my Nissan Altima 2020 here for a wheel alignment and tire balancing. I had been here before and decided to come back because of their great customer service. This time around - they found out that I needed new tires, tie rods, and brakes. The staff went above and beyond in making sure my car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Considering the fact that I was a walk-in and they already had a few other cars in front of me, I was super grateful they completed it in the time that they did. Lawrence, the person handling my transaction was extremely kind and had great customer service. I’ve been sending my boyfriend here to get my car tires replaced and fixed. The entire staff is friendly and kind! They don’t overcharge like car dealers do. Recently one of my tires was leaking air constantly (very scary) and they fixed it with no problem! They deserve your business. You won’t regret it! Amazing and always at a fair price!

The reason why I gave this a 5-star rating was that I received great service in this Auto Repair shop. Days before my road trip to Florida, I was driving to a store when I heard a constant, unfamiliar sound under my car. I went to the nearest repair shop, where they were luckily able to fix it before my trip came up. However, a problem that I had was that it was over budget for my liking. Explaining my desperate situation with Laurence, he ended up helping me get a price that met my needs.
