NTB-National Tire & Battery

My tire blew on the highway so I checked for nearby tire shops and selected NTB based on reviews. Although they were closed by the time my car was towed there, they called me first thing the next day after opening. Im extremely impressed with the superb customer service provided and work they completed. The prices are reasonable as well. This is the type of customer care that inspires trust and repeat business.

Arlin and another man with white hair were so helpful. They came and sat with me to explain what was wrong with my tire and what I needed to do. They bagged the tire for me to return to previous place. Both of them were so friendly and seemed to care about me while I was confused since the tire was a day old. Thank you both so much! UPDATE: Day two I’m here and Perry, Andrew and Hannah were amazing, helpful and showed me the problem with my rim. They helped me with everything and gave me such kindness. Thanks to all of you!

I've been here 3 separate times now for tire repairs or installs. And all 3 times, I've been blown away by the level of customer service that I received by Arlan and the rock star mechanics. This last time I had the pleasure of also working with Lucy and she did not disappoint either. Both are kind and courteous people who treat everyone with respect. I just can't say enough about those two. Even though I was a walk-in, they made sure that I was promptly taken care of. Great service! Great prices! And great people!! All around, you guessed it, great experiences!!

I took my car in for a tire leak. I was able to easily make the appointment, and I arrived early and was assisted right away. The team at NTB in Fairlawn was extremely helpful and friendly, and did a great job overall. Would definitely come back in the future.

Ok so in the area usually 2x's a week as our fitness place is down the street. On Tues 2/10, as we exited our workout, our car had flat tire in parking lot. AAA came and put the "dummy" tire on & suggested we go to the tire center (Goodyear) at the mall across the street to see if it could be repaired as it has a screw in it. They told us it would be several hours if they could even get to it, so it was suggested to head to Mr. TIRE, they were booked up, they sent us to Midas. Midas told us that it was fixable, but couldn't get to it for several hours. We live 35 miles away, and didn't have several hours. So Midas sent us to NTB on the corner. Not only did they say it was no problem to repair it, they could do it in about an hour as we sat in their customer lounge watching "Leave it to Bea
