Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Do not trust ANY Sam's Club Tire and Battery! Their warranty and "free" repairs, such as balancing, are completely false. They claim to do tire stems, but their scanner has been down for weeks. I took my truck in for a rotation, but I guess they didn't know that tires need to be balanced when doing that. I took my truck to another Sam's Club and they weren't any better at all! They said tires were set to 36 psi. HA!

I didn’t even get far enough to get my tires installed. The tech FUBARD my front driver side tire-stud and lugnut. I had gotten my tires rotated by Valvoline a couple of times but recently - 8K miles ago with NO incident. I go to get new tires on 5/31 and next thing you know the tech cannot get the lugnut off - it spins. I go to Tire Source in Montrose and they tell me it’s on there so good that it’s an intensive process to either remove or possibly remove the entire housing unit to all 5 lugnuts. Funny how after I got my refund (and NO NEW tires put on)…Sam’s (Fairlawn) wanted to waive my install for all 4 tires “when I come back”…..tmoro I see a mechanic to see how ‘intensive’ it is to get my LUG-NUT off. :(

I'd highly recommend not purchasing tires or batteries from this location. I had 4 brand new tires installed 7 days ago, yesterday one of the tires blew. I called the tire center right at 10 and every hour after that. I was transferred to the front desk they took my information and said they'd pass it along to tire shop to call me back. I never got a call back, finally at 2pm an associate answers just to tell me he's new and only worked there for 3 weeks but all the computers are in use and he would have to call me back. 3 hours later no call back and i still can't reach anyone on the phone. Now i will have to leave work and go there before they close just to set up an appointment. Highly disappointed.

I had a small leak in one tire so I stopped into sam's to see if they could fix it. They confidently told me they could and it wouldn't take too long. 3 hours after getting my car back, my tire was almost flat, and they had made the leak much worse

Got a good set of 4 Goodyear tires for $482, and they did it faster than they told me it would take.. not sure if that's bad or good, but so far so good! Thanks!
