NTB-National Tire & Battery

After a dealership tried selling me $1000 tires I stopped by NTB, for them to check my tires. After evaluating my car they found in a timely fashion that the dealership was wrong. This shop was honest, and saved me a ton of money. Their service definitely has made them the top place for car work in the area and I will definitely be coming back. Sadie was a great help!

Had problems at Walmart where they could not balance my tires. Called NTB, talked to John who was very helpful and told me bring it over. As I got there, the store manager, Bryce, took great care of me and the technicians did a great job in getting my tires balanced and a front end alignment very fast and efficiently. The Kingfisher location sets the standard for excellence. John, the store manager, and the entire team—including their technicians—are truly best in class. Professional, accountable, and customer-focused from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience at the Route 40 location was the opposite. Tires were mounted without checking or programming the TPMS sensors, and I was told to “figure it out” on my own. That level of service is unacceptable, and I will not return to that location. If you’re in Frederick and value competence and integrity, the Kingfisher store is where you should go for tires and service. John, Bryce, and Kenneth stepped in, took ownership, and made the situation right. Because of them, they’ve earned my trust—and my business for life.
