⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Completely Unacceptable This was one of the worst auto service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for brake noise on 12/03/25 and chose this location because of a same-day appointment. After inspection, I was told I needed all four brake pads and rotors replaced plus one tire, quoted $1,139. I agreed and waited almost 4 hours, staying until close to 7 PM. The very next day, while my wife was driving in Holly Springs (NC 55), the car started making loud noises. For safety, I asked her pull over and take an Uber to work. I took the car back to NTB on 12/05/25 (second visit in two days). I was told they had to take everything apart and fix it again and was assured it was fine. It was not fine. Today was my third visit to this branch location. My first visit was for a simple alignment, which was done promptly. I enjoyed the friendly employees and quick service. About six weeks ago I bought all new tires for my truck and had another alignment. They did a great job was very pleased with the service and the price. Today I was back for my 5000 mile rotation. They took my vehicle in on time and it was back within 20 minutes. I am very pleased with this location and on using them for all future tire and alignment issues. The manager who runs the shop is always friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend going here for service.

Got serviced here today and while I wasn't able to get my inspection done, they were straightforward and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. They just explained what might and might not be needed. Definitely feel like I can come back here. They seem fair and honest. I appreciated the time taken to fix the issues I had!

Great service from begging to end. The rep that helped us did not pressure us for unneeded services. He was nice and informative. The ASM was great and kept us updated throughout and the service techs were quick. From calling to check on prices to out the door was so quick.

Just WOW - I brought my mother’s Lincoln to NTB Fuquay on Saturday, October 11. The level of customer care we received was unmatched. Before we fully exited the car, Sarah approached us to ask how she could help. I told her our TPMS light was on so we needed air but also needed a safety check for each of the tires. She directed us to the waiting room while they inspected the tires. I was pleased to see how clean the waiting room was. A few minutes later Sarah came back and asked that we step into the bay where the car was. We were greeted by Julian who kindly and so patiently explained what he found while answering ALL of our questions and concerns.
