Pretty good service here. It can be a bit frustrating to see, 4-6 guys standing around in a group, looking at their phones and just talking, with one car in a bay, and still waiting to pull your vehicle in for about the first 20-25 minutes. After they pulled it in, it took them 56 minutes to do the requested work, still not too bad. Vehicle runs great, thank you to the team.

This palce is a magical fairyland of awesomeness. When I arrived Dylan and Angela greeted me at 6 pm with the pleasantness and fun energy as if they were just starting their day. They quickly got me checked in and recommended a restaurant nearby because I was, let's face it, hangry. When I got back from eating my vehicle was oil changed and tires weee rotated and the manager, John, made sure the quality of service was top notch. I won't get my oil changed anywhere else in Morgantown. What a positive, fun, professional NTB! I can't recommend this place more highly. Go see them and tell them. Or I sent ya!

Friendly knowledgeable employees. I was in and out in no time with 4 new tires and an alignment. Ask for Dillion and he will take good care of you. I have been to tire shops that try to get as deep in your pockets as they can but here at NTB I left with a smile on my face and money left in my acct.

Walked in and JR offered to help me right away. He was both knowledgeable and friendly. Sold me a decent replacement tire (darn potholes!) at a fair price. Had it replaced in a reasonable timeframe on a busy Saturday. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you, JR!
