I recently had an excellent experience at NTB Tire Center in Ocean Springs, MS and I wanted to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my tires and answer all my questions with patience. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. The technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled. They assess the conditions and proceeded to fix the problem along with providing recommendations. I felt confident that they had my best interest in mind. I was extremely impressed about how quickly they completed my service. They managed to work efficiently without compromising quality. NTB Ocean Springs, has been taking care of me and my family for the past 4 years— from last minute tire emergency appointments, tire patches, ordering specialty tires, random air in tires need, car inspections, and they even did our Mercedes breaks and rotors! They have always put us in a customer first mentality with honest opinions and cost saving options. I highly recommend them— Thank you NTB for all that you do— y’all rock!

I work and go to school full time so im extremly limited on time, when I called to try and do a last minute inspection before my 10 hour trip, Ash was able to get me in and took the time to get me ready for my trip. Great service and reasonable price than other car service companies. Definitely recommend and will be a continued customer.

Love the ability to schedule service online. They’ve always been consistent which is why I return. I never feel pressured and they always explain everything in detail. Prices are very competitive as well. Destin is always kind and well knowledgeable. She had me in and out yesterday with an alignment job.

I was really crunched for time I just got some parts put on my front end tierod & ball joints I believe. I was shopping around trying to get an alignment because I had to drive to Hattiesburg the very next day. I called got a appointment same day and when I walked in the door Ash and another gentleman we're up front. They greeted me as I walked in they were very nice and polite I told him I had an appointment to get an alignment they knew who I was by name they took my keys got my information got my alignment done so fast. They had the best fast and friendly service on the Gulf Coast. I will be recommending them to everyone and I want everyone to know I was pleased with their prices and their awesome customer service. 10 out of 10 I will return.
