It was my first time here after getting a flat tire and they have an easy and straightforward process. Clean bathroom. Nice waiting room. I’ll be back here again for sure! Thank you guys. They couldn't get me in today but they were so kind to help me schedule an alignment. The gentleman at the front desk was patient and kind enough to try and see if he could get me in today, but I was in no rush. I didnt feel like an inconvenience, and I look forward to my appointment.

These guys are so amazing at this location!!!! Three out of my four tires were bad leaving me stranded on the highway. I called a tow truck and NTB was the only place open at that time. Jacoby and his crew got us taken care of. They were very professional and got us in quickly. We are now back on the road and headed back to Kansas City. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff!

Calvin was assisting me with my serve today. He was friendly and was able to get me checked in as he even offered me an alternative to an oil change due to my filter not being in stock. I was able to use a coupon for me service. I will definitely return for service
