I’ve taken my vehicle to Mavis for several different services over time, most recently for an oil change, and they’ve consistently been great. They’re always upfront about what’s going on with my car and take the time to explain what may need maintenance in the future so I can plan ahead. I really appreciate that transparency. The team is always friendly, professional, and they genuinely take good care of my vehicle. It’s hard to find a place you truly trust with your car, and I definitely trust them. I have been using this NTB location for approximately 3 to 4 years now and I can honestly say that I've never had a complaint about their maintenance nor customer Service. This NTB is the vendor I use for all of my car maintenance needs. They’re fast, friendly and get it done right the first time. You can tell the manager, Beth, puts a lot of effort into running that store and keeping her customers and employees happy.

Quick and efficient! They made recommendations but didn't pressure me at all. They fixed a nail in my tire purchased here almost a year ago, at no charge, in less than an hour.
