After getting punted from a different company, Michael came to the rescue and helped me install my new tires. Made the process super easy and quick. They knew exactly why the other shop would not help me (turns out Firestone was wrong and had no idea what they were talking about), fixed my issue and got me right back on the road.
I went to NTB to get my tires and Suspension looked, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris and Ethan worked on my vehicle, and they both did an outstanding job. They were honest, professional, and made sure everything was done the right way.
I went to NTB Tire recently and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helped explain what was going on with my tires without trying to push extra services on me. The service was pretty quick and the waiting area was clean. My car felt better after the work was done. Overall, I’d go back again for tire service.
Excellent service! The tire shop was able to assist me immediately and completed my new tire installation promptly. The staff was professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated how efficiently and smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend their services.
Out of many auto repair shops I’ve been to this is probably one of the best. They were very speedy with taking a look at my vehicle and clearly showing me what was wrong and what I needed to get fixed. The person at the desk, Chris I think is his name, was very respectful and helpful. I got both my rear brakes replaced and my brake fluid done as well with a cost of about 650. Then they informed me that I should replace my battery as well and they were able to do it the same day with my battery with a cost of 15 extra minutes work done on my car and a 270 cost. Overall not a bad experience the lounge room was pretty comfortable as well. I would still probably have done more research about these things personally but I just kind of agreed to what they told me cause my mom wanted me to fix my
