NTB-National Tire & Battery

Everyone I worked with was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I spoke to one person, Ed, during the day, who answered all of my questions with patience and ease. And then, when I went into drop my car off later that night for my appt in the morning, Leah, ended up getting my car immediately, saving me a ride balancing nightmare. Both Ed and Leah were sooooooooo nice and truly made my day. Excellent experience! I will be a return customer and so should you!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Alignment Tech Johnny. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely committed to making sure the job is done right. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, showed me exactly what needed adjustment, and completed the alignment with precision. My car drives smoother than it has in years. Johnny’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality, trustworthy alignment service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Would avoid this location unless you have no choice. I’ve gone here 3x and not only do they charge more than local competitors, they are always looking for ways to get more money out of you. This last visit was it for me. Ran over a pothole and went in to get a replacement tire. The mechanics themselves are great. They showed me the damage and why I needed a new tire. The manager refused to change my tire with a brand new one I brought in. Said they will only do so if I buy a second tire to replace 2 tires at once. Yes the car is all wheel but I explained my other 3 tires are 3 months old and they could see almost 0 tread wear. He still refused to change 1 tire so I had to leave riding on rim. They had zero customers and still refused. Luckily I went to Walmart and they replaced the tire

Dropped in after work today needing brake work done. They immediately took care of my truck and performed a complete brake inspection and only repaired what I needed. They were very fast getting me back on the road and were extremely courteous! I will definitely be coming back for any other repairs I might need in the future 100% Also they have service hours 7 days a week which is something that I really need to have available due to work schedules. Come see them for your automotive needs!

I had a great experience at NTB when I needed help with tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without trying to upsell me. The whole process smooth and stress-free. They helped me find the right tires for my vehicle and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally.
