NTW - National Tire Wholesale

I was driving on the 528 eastbound when one of your drivers proceeded to cross over a solid white line under the epass, cutting me off. After doing so, he must have gotten upset that I honked my horn at him because he then started driving 60 mph in a 70. He drove next to the 18-wheeler he was trying to get around, matching his speed, causing traffic all because he didn't like that I honked my horn at him. When finally I was able to switch lanes, he cut me off again. When I finally get a picture of the company, he's giving me the finger.

Super fast and friendly. This is not my local wharehouse but I had an issue in vacation and they made it super simple. Great group

No issues delivering here, only gave 4 stars because it takes a minimum of 4 hours to unload a 53 ft trailer, no fault of their own, it's just the process and counting the tires. Pretty easy to maneuver a semi once the docks are cleared of all the box trucks. Been here a few times, I don't mind the unload time, gives me an opportunity to get some sleep, cook breakfast etc. Just come prepared when delivering here for Michelin Tires.

RUDE , LAZY & NON-WILLINGNESS TO HELP... Lost my Future Business along with many of my Clients.... Don't want my Clients to be spoken down to/talked over as I was today by an older male-staff/worker inside office ... A nasty employee can make or break a company/sales... They're other Tire-Wholesalers/Distributors in the area willing to do business properly/respectfully... Will never do business with any NTW store nationwide... THANK YOU FOR NOTHING.....

Everyone behind the counter and in the warehouse were great and extremely helpful. The tires we have gotten from there have always been high quality good new tires at a great price. They treat our company right.
