Customer Reviews
Used to be a great company, but they’ve gone to downhill quick. The way they want you to pay a bill is online, however the online system is plagued with problems. When you call for help the customer service is non existent, it’s always “let me give you the number to this department”, only to be left on hold. You can’t operate a business depending on these people. Hate to say that because they used to be good.
Super quick service. Order pulled, paid for, and on my way in under 10 minutes.
If your 1st time here the sign will say 2010 and 2028 NTW is across from International Paper..good luck and drive slow with 4ways on or you miss the driveway..
