This service is the best! Kemper was my technician; service was prompt, even early; He handled the entire process like a champ, despite unusually cold temperatures. I will definitely use Nubrakes again. The fact that I didn't have to leave the house was a huge bonus. Call Nubrakes...(if you're lucky, you'll get Kemper).

NuBrakes came out to warranty my brake pads and rotors for an issue with Honda not liking the generic pads. They got OEM Honda parts to resolve the issue and started work in a timely manner. Great service!

Brian with NuBrakes was at our home on time and before I knew it had my car brakes checked out. He clearly explained the wear level on the pads and said we could get some more mileage on them before they would need to be replaced and the cost to do so. We appreciated the brake check (no charge) and will call on them again.

Iv never used a service like this, but it was cool. I got to start making dinner while Clint was outside servicing my breaks. I did use a coupon which helped me make the decision to use them.
