Nucar Auto Collision

Nucar auto collision was excellent. Very knowledgeable employees and mechanics. I was kept up to date daily via text with progress, expected completion date. The repairs were flawless and they also went above and beyond by cleaning interior of the car.

Don't get you car fixed here. My car came back with nothing but issues. They took my battery out of my car never returned it, but a crappy battery back in. My car has been reading at 240 degrees after they re-wired my module. George has a major attitude, and is very unprofessional . They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls for days. They take no accountability for the mistakes that they have made. Allentown pa location

My car was returned immaculate inside and out. The attention to detail is outstanding. Great customer service. They kept us updated every step of the way. My car looks practically brand new. I am very pleased.

They did a great job on my car before. I unfortunately recently had another fender bender which brought me back to the shop. Sometimes they overcharge a bit, but at least I know I am in good hands.

I had an amazing experience getting my car fixed with NuCar! I dropped my car off on September 28th and picked it back up on October 15th. Looked like a brand new car! This was my first car accident so I was very weary about the whole process but NuCar made it a seamless process with me and with my insurance as well. I did not have to do much, it was just a waiting game and it was well worth the wait! I was signed up for text message reminders which was very helpful because they kept me updated along the way regarding the progress they had made. Highly recommend!
