Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable in how to find and solve the problems that needed to be fixed. Also future suggestions were also given in the best way to deal with problems ahead.

Not very happy, the oil change was perfect. But then they texted me if I wanted to change my cabin filter for 29.47 and my air filter for 39.47, I said yes.... I got the bill and the air filter charge was 87.47 and the cabin filter was 77.47... are you kidding me? You had the old filters in your hand if I said I didn't want them replaced you would of just put the covers back on, but I said yes you charged me a extra $48 dollars for the cabin filter and a extra $48 dollars for the air filter...that is more than the filters cost themselves...really ??? It also took 2hr to do this work.So lesson learned i will NEVER have this kind of work done to my truck again..in fact when I get something saying I need work done to the truck I will look some where else. If I got a quote replace these item

Best damn experience I have had at a dealership! Believe me, I know how overwhelming buying a new car can be. Not here! Everything was perfect! Salesman (Steven A.) was so easy to talk to and so down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable about my new truck. I was VERY impressed and after visiting like a 20 dealerships over the past year, I won't even think about going anywhere else. Lannon/Nucar Chevrolet and Steven A. are worth way more than 5 stars!!
