Nucar Nissan of Allentown Service

Was happy with the service when it was Rothrock. Not so good now. Had an appointment, dropped the car off the night before. I had to call them the day of to get status on the car to find out that they never serviced it. They said that the lockbox was frozen shut. I told them I would pick up the car and that I had an extra key. Funny thing, the key was taken from the lockbox and placed in the car. So it was all a lie. Will never come back again.

The service here was unacceptable. I had my car serviced on a Saturday. About 10 minutes after driving home, a light came on for my front sensor. It was raining, and the technicians had all left, so I decided to wait and see if it would go away, thinking nothing of it. This issue persisted, so I returned to the center on Monday, only to be dismissed by the manager, Ronald, on our first interaction. He claimed it must have been a “coincidence” that the light came on the same day, and that it was my fault. since he saw a scratch in the front, he thought I hit my car recently which I absolutely did not?. They finally took a look after about 10 minutes of me insisting that something went wrong during my car service. Sure enough, the wrong part had been installed for my car's brakes, and it too

Was happy to take my car last place was at Monroe that changed my oil and left my oil cap loose so was licking oil . Nissan fixed it and did my oil change I am a happy customer will bring my car here . Wanted to add went to make an appointment and took care of me that same day.

Octavio is by far the most incredibly driven, courteous, and dedicated salesman I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I highly recommend if you want a car, go work with Octavio at Ciocca Nissan in Quakertown!!!

Ignorant and sarcastic people. Charged me $816.00 and my car still is shutting off and the timing is worse than when I dropped it off.
