Service department is horrible! I would buy anywhere else to avoid this place. I made an appointment 1.5 weeks in advance. Upon my arrival to the appointment to drop my vehicle off and have an arranged ride they informed me that the Master mechanic called in sick so all the can do is an oil change. Didn't make any means of remediation to the issues. Just asked if wanted to reschedule, made a phone call to BOB MARIANO and they said they have over 8 master mechanics there. So thats where ill continue the remainder of my business
