NW Group Auto Sales

Very happy with my purchase from the NW Group out of Post Falls,Idaho. I found their ad on RV trader as I was looking specifically for a Mercedes-Benz sprinter van in a particular color. Oleg the Sales service contact reached out to me and we began the negotiations. I had it shipped to Northern California and he set up a transporter to deliver. Well where to begin. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from them that when we test drove it all seemed well and working fine once we signed the paperwork my wife drove over to Costco to go get gas and well the check engine light came on. Worried that i had been screwed over i took the car to auto zone and got a code read on it and it was the catalytic converter which the part alone would cost almost 900 dollars and the transmission started to act funny as well. Reached out to the online portal and was told to bring the car back and they would fix the issue and give me a loaner to drive while that was all being handled.
