A big Thank you to Judy and Lewis at Oak Auto! I reached out on Facebook about a Yukon and when I showed up the pictures were exactly what I saw online! I also noticed they had plenty of really nice vehicles all priced very very reasonably. Judy helped me get a bill of sale so I can get my financing ready and then helped the whole process! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a reliable vehicle at a fair price!

I would not recommend this place for purchasing a vehicle or a truck in general. My boyfriend purchased a Chevrolet Silverado truck from this place about a month ago and at first, they were very good at making this purchase easy and working with him through the process of buying. Until after papers were signed, he drove the truck home and the next day the transmission started making noises. He took it to a respectable transmission shop and was told that the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced immediately. This is not something that can happen overnight, this is a problem that was already there and covered up. He contacted Oak Auto to see if something could be done or even helped to solve the problem. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge and I love it. It was a quick and easy purchase at a great price and the car works great. The only issue was a faulty wiper switch, but that's a common issue with the Edge and I easily replaced it in about 30 mins and it cost under $80. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and Nick and Judy are awesome. If you need a reliable vehicle at a great price, I thoroughly recommend going to Oak Auto NC!

Well so far i have had very Nice Service!! Well second part of my review I purchased the car cash we noticed a vibration at about 70 mph. So I called my sales Person who was very Nice to said she would relay the message and I am sure she did have not heard back yet from Mangement... So today I decided to stop by and see my sales people still nice and GREAT to deal with so I actually seen them relay the message still no response I am waiting....
