Had to take my truck in for some damage done to my rocker panel, and 2 passenger side doors. Brett Holt worked with my insurance and made the process as easy as possible. He kept me informed throughout the process and made my truck look brand new once the repairs were completed!! It was a very time consuming process and I know they were already busy, but they still knocked it out of the park.

Jesse was excellent. He made me feel comfortable with the repair plan and kept me updated throughout the process via text. They also finished a day prior to expected, saving me a day on rental car fees. Even though only my right fender was damaged from the semi tire it struck, the entire bumper needed replacement because it's all one part. And Jesse found other damage behind that; cracked fog light housing, ect. My vehicle not only looks brand new (again), but I'm confident in the work done. That's all due to Jesse. He's the man with a plan. Oakes GMC executed that plan with precision.

Well first of all I want to give Brett Holt and his team the biggest shout out for helping me in my time of need... I got into a little fender bender in my 2022 Chrysler 300s(v8) so I took it to oakes auto collision center and they diagnose what parts needed to be ordered to replace damaged parts. But while they waited for parts to show up they took care of my baby for free for example I had a slow leak in my tire they patched it, I had missing valve stem caps they replaced them they detailed and washed it too. It was the little things I noticed that they didn't have to do but did and once the parts showed up they got to work on fixing my car correctly. I give my experience with Oakes auto collision center a 10/10. I highly recommend these guys on any repairs you need done with your vehicl
