Even though I was buying a vehicle from El Paso, TX and the dealership is in Kansas City, Josh made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Josh handled the details clearly and efficiently, answered all my questions, and made the long-distance purchase completely stress-free. There was no pressure at any point. just honest communication and great service. I highly recommend Josh Wells at Oakes Chevrolet, especially if you’re buying from out of state. By the way I know it’s dirty but I drove it all the way back to El Paso😉

Ginna made our buying process so smooth! I never would have made that drive down had my sales associate, Matt Anderson, not been so helpful long before I made the drive. He sent me detailed pictures of the whole car, put her up on a lift and sent me videos of the whole underside and suspension, let me see and hear the engine start and run, went over the car fax with me, and he was so kind the whole time.
