Oasis Car Wash

One of the best car washes I have gotten. Cleaned my truck really well. But what makes it a five star is the service I got. The person working came out of his way to make sure everything was good and was really helpful and respectful.

If you want a car wash that damages your paint and then lectures you on 'professionalism' when you complain, Oasis is the place for you! I recently watched this business publicly argue with a customers whose vehicle was damaged by their equipment. The person operating the page, wrote a paragraph demanding 'professional etiquette,' only to throw a temper tantrum in the very next comment and tell the customer 'keep chirping.' They even went as far as tracking the customer's app data and security footage just the pettily prove she used an $8 coupon... which only proved she was actually there when her car was ruined. Good car wash can definitely tell the difference on product coverage from other car wash. However there’s one thing and this is the reason for three start. The wheel cleaner are too aggressive to the point my tires are getting caught on them…. That’s a gut wrenching feeling when you just got new ones. The oasis on Beebe Capps does not have this issue so it could be as simple as recalibration but as for now 3 stars. 1 more thing there are spots on the vaccums for pressured air hoses but no hoses I pay 50$ a month I should have the option to blow dust out the crevices of my vehicles..ANDDDD the dryers are not completely drying the vehicles. I and several other people have the have microfiber towels to finish drying there vehicles to avoid water spots and it’s annoying.

Nice design and layout, paid $15 for a wash, but water pressure underwhelming vacuum pressure is underwhelming, when I pulled forward to use the blower's they did not work sat there for about 3 minutes trying to figure out what is going on. Not to mention no contact information if there's any problems

Was looking for a good automatic wash for a truck over 7ft tall and Oasis did a great job!
