OC Import Service - Bosch Car Service

Honestly dont know where to start, but from first meeting Josh and his wife, very friendly and hopeful to fix my Honda which had been " totalled" due to a door scrape. They repaired the doors brand new, gave an honest price and didnt stop there. They had the car detailed for a fraction of those other shops ( I had gotten quote from 4 others) and my car looked better than when I first bought it. Thank you so much! Its hard to find honest people that are proud of thier workmanship. OC Imports is it. Now I can safely drive my babies in my favorite car, when I was told I would have to scrap it and buy a new one or salvage it. Thank you so much for taking this on♡♡♡

Very nice, polite, courteous people at this place, took my brothers van there to be serviced today, very informative and patient, I was 15 mins late and no attitude about it, def would recommend, however I was there from 8:15 til 11:00, if you take ur vehicle here be careful it’s small you might drive right by it like I did

I had a clutch replaced in my car awhile ago. I never thought to leave a review but I thought I probably should share my experience. I was in Ocean City when the clutch in my car went out. I was on vacation and didn’t have another way home. When I called OC imports they sent a tow truck to me, and got me in the next day, as well as they had my car done within the next few days. I didn’t think i was going to get my car back in time, but they really did deliver on that promise. The customer service was outstanding. The speed and quality of the work was great. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs mechanical work done to your car. The gentleman that assisted me was more than helpful to me.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and great prices. My ABS light came on and I was 150 miles from home. Google best Volvo service shop in Ocean City and OC Import was #1 on list. They diagnosed that the left sensor needed to be replaced. Not the case, the ABS bolts were loose. The issue was fixed in a timely manner and haven't had any problems at all. So, if you're looking for an Excellent mechanic in Ocean City, MD OC Import Service is the place to go! Also, works on all make vehicles!

If I could give less than 1 star review I would. OC Imports dismantled my car and held it for 9 months. I found the part needed on eBay when the owner insisted he was looking all over for it. He avoided my calls and after assuring me he would make it right and fully detail me car, he did neither by returning my car filthy dirty inside and out and grossly overcharging me. Do not trust this business with your car!
