I would be wary of this shop. A while ago as a naive college student, I brought my 2002 Lexus ES300 in for hydraulic fluid leakage and steering issues. Paid $100 for an inspection, and was quoted $2,000 to replace the entire steering system. Turns out the actual problem was much simpler - I had been using the wrong type of hydraulic fluid (bad advice from an Autozone employee nearby). After doing some research myself, I simply drained the incorrect fluid and refilled with the proper ATF. Problem completely solved, no parts needed. For $100, a proper inspection of a car with hydraulic fluid leakage and steering problems should have included checking or asking what fluid was actually in the power steering reservoir. I came in after having a mysterious stall on Highway 17. They refused to engage unless I first paid a $75 fee to hook up my car to the computer. When I asked very politely, what might be the possible outcomes of the diagnosis, they said "there are many possibilities, and it is against our policy to discuss them until you've paid." It appears that other reviewers have had great experiences with them, so mine might be a one off. In my case, though the entire interaction came off as predatory. I went across the street and had a diametrically opposite experience, where they warned me of a possible charge for a diagnostic, but when it turned out that they couldn't help me, they simply refused to take any money.

I been going here for over five years when I brought my first car . They sure my car had everything checked before l will head on the road to LA and back to Santa Cruz with out no problems with all my car at. They do amazing work always.

I live nearby and have used this place a few times. They have always been super quick. They're also very friendly and nice. Went there again today and they got it done in minutes. Totally recommend when you need your smog check done.

Great service and these guys really know what they’re doing. Whether it’s a work van or a new BMW, they can handle it. Best to call and set an appointment, was really busy when I went there.
