I have never received worse customer service. I Inquired on why my vehicle hadn’t been worked on during the 2 hr time slot it was supposed to be done in and was met with “Do you want to make this a big deal?”. The work they do is good, but not good enough with the atrocious customer service to ever be recommend.

This is a terrible place, I never have to give a bad review to any place but this place and especially the owner is just miserable guy to talk to. Okay, let me explain what happened. I called for the wind shield replacement for my car and asked them to call me when they arrive. my car is equipped with security system that needed to be deactivated. I told them about this like 5 times in the call. They said ok but The guy who came to replace the windshield didn't call and most importantly he started working on the car with out even unlocking the car. All the wires and everything connected to wind shield were all torn. So I called the company to inform about this which is not an acceptable way of doing the job. The owner picked the call and I explained everything and the started yelling that

These people are super rude and don't mean what they tell you. I went to them couple months ago to get a windshield replacement. I was quoted $280, after I went to their office in Lowell, they quoted me $300. After I explained to them about my phone call earlier and that I was quoted $280, Nicholas Hay the project manager agreed to that amount and gave me his business card and wrote a note that I was quoted $280 by Sarah. He told me I could come to them and still get that amount. After several months I gave them a visit for the replacement. They quoted me $500. After I explained the situation, the same Sarah hung up on me while I was talking to her, after I called them back, she asked me to hold and a guy called Brian (I can't remember the name) didn't let me explain the situation and kep

I was very happy with the work they did on my truck. The tech was on time and put in my new windshield in my work's parking lot. Price was fair.

Employees were on time . Worked very efficiently, factor in the extreme heat . Did not miss a step. Very impressed.
