Ocean Mazda Service Center

Let me first state that this review is for DORAL ONLY. Ocean Mazda West Kendall employs sweet baby angels. The point of my review is to give that location your money. I had accidentally booked here in Doral once before and today when I pulled in and it dawned on me from my first interaction why I had sworn off this service department. The customer service here is so anxious and negative that I don't believe their mechanics are competent, and regardless, I don't want that bad energy going into my oil change and tire rotation. The attendant was trying to have me switch lanes of where to leave the car, guiding me to pull into a lane where another guest was standing, and then to have me parallel park back into the lane I was going to go in first anyway and hustling me out of my car and yelling

1 STAR – Shady tactics and sky-high finance charges. I came into Ocean Mazda Sales Center expecting professionalism, but left feeling like I had just been hunted down by a pack of hungry sharks. The salesman acted like he hadn’t made a sale in weeks—and it showed. The pressure was intense, and the numbers he threw at me were just plain insulting. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the financing. It felt like he was padding the finance charges with extra fluff—probably trying to squeeze in some backdoor commission to make up for a dry sales streak. The numbers didn’t add up, and he couldn’t give me a straight explanation. I know what a fair deal looks like, and this wasn’t even close. At this point, when my fiances lease ends, I’m turning it in and taking my business somewhere else.

Great service overall. Took my car in for a replacement part and they had it ready within 3 hours. They even got a lyft to take me to and from my house so I wouldn’t have to wait at the service center. Super easy to pickup my car and took less than 5 min

I had a tire issue on my Mazda cx90 and I can say I had Amazing service. A gentleman greeted me at time of my appointment showed me where to go and was very attentive from beginning to end. The cashier offered coffee immediately and my advisor JC was professional, attentive and kept me updated throughout the day. I was given a 1 way lift to my home and I received text updates throughout the day. The team really took their time to look into my issue. I will be looking to do my maintenance services with them simply because of the customer service. CR

Garbage service department. I take the car in to check a key fob issue where the car refuses to turn on because it doesn't recognize the key. It's happened multiple times over many months. They make me wait 3 hours to tell me that the alleged specialized mechanic hooked it up to the computer and it didn't read anything. I could have told them that and not wasted 3 hours. No effort to actually find out what the problem is which continues to happen. On top of that, the advisor had the personality of a turnip. And to make things worse they had the car for 3 hours, didn't bother to do any kind of courtesy check on the car, brake check, fluid check, nah why bother.
