Oceanside Automobile Wash

I've been going here 20+ years to get my cars washed and detailed. I brought my wife's Jeep in for a detail on a sunny day. I came home the radio was broken (cutting in and out). The car wash sent me to an audio guy, who said the radio got wet, and caused it to malfunction. This happened at the car wash, and owner refused to take any responsibility. My $300 car wash was $1,000 cause they damaged the radio, and refused to acknowledge that they were responsible. They did not help with the cost of a new radio. Poor customer service. They lost a long time customer. I guess they'd rather lose a customer than do the right thing. If there are no issues, they do a nice job. If there's an issue, buyer beware.

I’ll never ever come here again. Paid $50 for a car wash and my interior wasn’t even touched! It looks the same as it did when I brought it there, they didn’t clean anything. They didn’t vacuum at all, which was apart of the package. Didn’t dust or clean any of the interior, didn’t wipe down or clean my seats and they also left some kind of soap scum on all of my rims that I’m unable to get off (cleaning the rims was part of the package as well) I just spent over a hour cleaning my own car after spending $50 on a car wash for nothing. I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel like I got scammed. Such a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I’m not sure what happened to this place in the last year, but the $31 basic inside/outside wash was a huge waste of money. I returned to a car that still had spots and dust all throughout the inside. There were still candy, wrappers and other garbage/debris left inside. both the inside and outside of the windows still had some weird filmy dirt on them. My doors were left wet with water dripping down them on the inside. They used to have 2 to 3 workers cleaning the interior after the car came out of the wash. Now they just seem to have one worker per car, which can explain the long wait time and inattention to detail. Why did they take away the tip box? They now want you to pay the worker directly. Is that money being split with the guys who do the vacuuming in the beginning? Needless to s

I’ve been going here over the years and it has been getting worse… Didnt want to sit in line at the RVC car wash so I decided to give this another try because it was not good the last couple of times I went .. Paid $50 for the second highest car wash and they didn’t even clean the rims, that package also includes Mat washing for the front 2, and when I asked them why they didn’t do it, they said that they didn’t need it…LOL..f Would not recommend and will not go back…Rather sit in line at one of the RVC ones..

As a resident of Oceanside, I have tried every carwash in the local area. Oceanside car wash beats them all. I love the attention to detail on the wipe down and the high pressure air they use to get all the dirt off. I got the membership to save $$$. Highly recommend!
