Ochoa's Tire Service - Paramount

I had a great experience at Ochoa’s Tire Service in Paramount. I spoke with Armando over the phone and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and care. He patiently answered all my questions about pricing and tire sizes, even walked me through how to check the manufacturer’s recommended size on my car, and gave solid recommendations that made sense. They weren’t the cheapest quote I got, and didn’t have the tires in stock initially, but what really stood out was the confidence they gave me. Armando said they could pick up the tires right away, gave me a realistic wait time, and everything went exactly as promised when I showed up. I brought my car in to replace a cracked wheel. I had bought the wheel online, and the gentleman was very friendly. The wheel was replaced quickly and for a good price. I would definitely come back for services here in the future.

I went in today thinking I needed my tire patched… it popped. I got not one but two new tires thanks to Armando. He is very attentive, and very friendly. It was my first time coming here and I would go back. Thank you, and thank you Armando.

This is my go to place for tires ! Event their used tires are like new. The location on Paramount is even better cause that’s where Armando is he gives exceptional service he is honest and hardworking. I go back to him to get all my tires. He needs to be a manager because he knows how to run a business by making the clients happy and give honesty! I will continue to always go to the Ochoa’s tire on Paramount he is awesome and so kind!
